Can the non-restricted gift certificate be used for any photo shoot?

Yes, the gift certificate can be used for any of the photo shoot packages offered. This gives the recipient the freedom to choose the shoot that best suits them.

Can the recipient redeem a gift certificate for a different photo shoot?

Yes, of course that’s possible if you’d like.

Can I also give a gift voucher with a lower value than the photo shoot?

Yes, you can give a gift voucher worth between EUR 100 and EUR 1,000. If the recipient books a more expensive photo shoot, they can pay the difference. Based on my experience, I recommend a gift certificate worth at least EUR 250 in most cases.

Can I order and receive the gift certificate even on short notice ?

Of course. If you’re running late, I’ll send you your gift certificate at the last minute.

Can I also buy a voucher for a photo shoot outside Munich?

Yes, I also photograph in the vicinity of Munich. I charge extra for the journey.

How can I pay for the voucher?

Once I receive your order, I will send you an invoice by email as soon as possible. You can pay the invoice by bank transfer.

How is the voucher delivered?

On the order form, you can choose between digital delivery by e-mail or physical delivery by post.

How does the recipient redeem the gift certificate?

The recipient should simply contact me to have a preliminary discussion and schedule an appointment. When doing so, they should please mention that they received a gift certificate and would like to redeem it.

Where will the photo shoot take place ?

The photo shoot can take place at the recipient’s home, at a beautiful outdoor location, or in my natural-light studio in Munich/Trudering. The recipient is free to choose any location in Munich and the surrounding area.

How flexible is the photo shoot date when using a gift certificate?

You don’t need to schedule a photo shoot at the time of purchase. The recipient can contact me directly, and we’ll easily find a time for the photo shoot.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?

Don’t worry—if the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll reschedule. I’m flexible and want to make sure the photo shoot takes place under the best possible conditions.

How long is the voucher valid for?

The gift certificate is valid for three years from the end of the year of purchase. This gives the recipient plenty of time to find the perfect date for their photo shoot.
