How does the booking process work for a photo shoot at a family celebration?
You send me a request via the contact form. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible and we’ll discuss the occasion, the date and the procedure. As soon as everything fits, I will make a binding appointment for you.
When should we book the date for our family party shoot?
The earlier the better, especially for school enrolments and religious celebrations such as communions. I am happy to try to fulfill last-minute requests, provided I am not already fully booked on the day.
How much does it cost to photograph a family celebration?
You are welcome to take a look at the prices for shoots for an initial overview. The prices for the photographic accompaniment depend on the duration, the location and the desired scope of services. I will be happy to send you an individual offer upon request.
What is the procedure on the day of the family celebration? What will be photographed?
I’ll be on site in good time, will follow your schedule and document the festival in all its facets. I remain in the background and do not actively intervene in the process. We will discuss your individual wishes in advance so that you are not distracted at your family celebration.
How long does the shoot take during our party?
We will tailor the duration of the photographic accompaniment to you and the occasion. For example, I can cover the most important parts in one or two hours, or accompany the celebration over several locations for longer.
What happens in bad weather or if someone falls ill at short notice?
If your party has to be postponed, we will find an alternative date or a replacement shoot.
How can we best prepare for the shoot at the party?
You don’t need to make any special preparations. If there are special people, situations or program points that are important to you, please discuss them with me beforehand. That way I can deal with them specifically.
What should we wear to the party? Are there any outfit tips for children and guests?
Wear what you feel comfortable in. Muted colors, natural fabrics and subtle patterns help to create a harmonious overall look. Avoid bold prints or bright colors that are distracting in photos.
How many people can be photographed? Is there a limit?
Whether it’s a small group or a large family celebration, I’m flexible and will cater to your needs. There is no limit to the number of people.
Are the images then professionally edited?
Yes, I edit every shot in my own style, with a focus on naturalness, harmonious colors and gentle light adjustments.
When and how do we receive our final images?
You will receive your pictures as a download in an online gallery. Access is convenient, uncomplicated and easy to share with family members and guests. You will receive your pictures promptly after your event, often within a week.
How many photos do we get of the family party?
We will coordinate your ideas before the family party. The number depends on the duration and the schedule. After the photo shoot, you will receive a selection to view and choose your favorites if you don’t take all the pictures.
Can we also order the pictures as prints, albums or other products?
Yes, with pleasure! I can advise you on high-quality prints, murals and individually designed photo books to match the style of your pictures.
Do you advise us on photo products?
With pleasure! Whether you want to give a collage as a gift, plan a high-quality album or want to present pictures in style at home, I will be happy to help you with the selection and realization.
Are individual wishes or special ideas also possible?
