Between the third and sixth week of your baby’s life, there is a special time window in which many classic newborn elements are still possible, while at the same time the first baby traits become visible.
At this stage, I can still take gentle poses with your baby, use classic accessories such as scarves and baskets and take delicate detail shots of tiny feet and hands. I photograph more flexibly and patiently, as your baby is already more alert and attentive than in the first days of life. I use sleeping moments for classic newborn shots.
At the same time, your little darling may already be able to give you their first conscious glances, react to your voices and possibly show their first attempts at smiling. These awake moments complement the sleeping poses perfectly and make our baby photo shoot diverse.

Without time pressure and with a lot of patience, I create a relaxed atmosphere in which authentic baby photos are created.
Your baby sets the pace: I adapt to your baby’s rhythm and mood. If your baby needs a break to eat, sleep, cuddle or play, we will take this time. The most beautiful and authentic baby photos are often taken at unplanned moments.
Being authentic is wonderful: you don’t have to pretend or be perfectly styled for your baby photo shoot. We don’t use artificial poses, instead I gently guide you and capture the moments that arise. It’s often the real, candid moments that make your baby photos special and touching.
Siblings are welcome: If you already have older children, I am happy to include them in our shoot. I know that older siblings can sometimes be jealous or shy. In a relaxed atmosphere and with a lot of calm and patience, beautiful sibling photos are usually created.

Modular structure: Each photo shoot consists of a photo session, a picture package and extras if required. Attention, the photo session does not include any pictures!
Picture package: You choose your picture package after the photo shoot when selecting your personal favorites in the online gallery. This means you don’t have to decide on a picture package before the photo shoot, but can choose the pictures you like and only pay for them.
Extras: I charge extra for shootings on weekends or holidays, for shootings in the studio and for shootings outside of Munich.

If you have missed the time slot for a newborn shoot and would like some magical baby pictures with your little treasure, you should get in touch as soon as possible. Let’s then discuss whether we can make up for the newborn shoot, do a newborn-style baby photo shoot or plan a more active baby shoot.
What do we do with our shooting date if something comes up?
If you are ill or otherwise unable to attend, please let me know in good time. Then we will find a good solution or a new date together.
How much does a baby photo shoot cost with you?
The price for the baby photo shoot is made up of the price for the photo session and the price for the chosen photo package. For shoots on weekends, public holidays, in the studio or outside of Munich, I charge extra. The packages and prices are detailed on this page.
How long does a baby photo shoot take with you?
A baby shoot usually takes between two and three hours, depending on the number of subjects and interruptions. If necessary, we take short breaks for changing diapers, breastfeeding or cuddling. I take as much time as we need to photograph a nice selection of subjects. It’s best to plan enough free time after the shoot in case we need a little longer due to breaks.
Which location can you recommend for our baby photo shoot?
You have the choice of different locations, the outdoor baby shoot, baby photography as a home story or the baby photo shoot in the studio. I recommend an outdoor baby photo shoot at one of your favorite places for a larger baby and a cozy baby photo shoot as a home story at your home for a younger baby.
Which outfits are best to choose as a family for our baby shoot?
I recommend that you agree on two or three colors and combine your clothes in shades of these colors. It looks harmonious and well coordinated if the colors or color nuances are partially reflected in the clothing of the other family members.
On the other hand, you should avoid lettering, pictures or other motifs on clothing, as they distract the viewer and make the pictures look less timeless.
I have a lot of experience in baby photography and know many suitable poses and motifs that could suit you well. However, it is wonderful if you bring in your own wishes and ideas. Together we will find the most beautiful poses and motifs for you.
Should we include us parents and the siblings in the baby photo shoot?
I always recommend including parents and siblings in the photo shoot. All parents, children, siblings, grandparents and pets are welcome. I am happy to take family photos with everyone and will adapt to your wishes.
How can we as parents prepare for the baby shoot?
With a little preparation, your baby shoot will run smoothly and you and your baby won’t be unnecessarily stressed. You are welcome to prepare your favorite outfits. If you like, incorporate a special cuddly toy, blanket or similar accessory into the shoot. If your baby takes a pacifier, make sure you have it to hand.
How do we deal with the fact that our home is not suitable for baby photography?
We don’t need much for a great baby photo shoot, your baby’s radius is still limited. We can take photos in any room, be it the living room, bedroom, nursery or any other room. As a baby photographer, I have already taken beautiful photos in a wide variety of homes. Send me a few pictures of your home via WhatsApp and I’ll be happy to advise you!
What if our baby has a bad day at the baby shoot, doesn’t sleep or is restless?
Please don’t worry that we won’t take nice pictures in the photo shoot. When you relax as parents, this also has a very positive effect on your baby and siblings. I am very patient and experienced, so that I have been able to take wonderful baby photos in every shoot.
How do we deal with it if the siblings don’t want to take part in the shoot?
We take the time that the siblings need to gain trust. I distract them playfully or involve them in the shoot in other ways. It is often in these informal moments that the most authentic and beautiful images are created. If a sibling does not want to be photographed at all, I recommend respecting this.
When do we get our baby photos after the shoot?
You will receive your photos promptly, usually within a week after the shoot in an online gallery for viewing. I will send you a message as soon as the gallery is ready. Then you can view the photos at your leisure and choose your favorites,
How are our baby pictures edited?
After the baby photo shoot, I sort through the pictures and select the best ones for you. I then edit them professionally, in particular I adjust the exposure and color balance and reduce redness and flaking of the baby’s skin. If you would also like a full beauty retouch of the adults or have special editing requests, please contact me.
How many photos do we get after the baby photo shoot?
After the photo shoot, I will post at least 80 pictures in the online gallery. You choose your personal favorites from these pictures in the online gallery. The image packages contain different numbers of images. I also offer you the option of removing all the pictures from the gallery. You can find the image packages in the price information.

It’s a great idea to display your pictures in your home!
