Outdoor business photos: For certain purposes, for example for personal branding and modern business portraits, I also take business photos outdoors, in nature or in the city. Business shoot in the studio: If you can’t find a suitable location at your company, professional business photos can be taken in a neutral environment in the daylight studio. A neutral background ensures a uniform, clear visual language for the business shoot, which may be suitable for some projects.
My recommendation: I always recommend business photography on location at the company’s premises. This is where the most authentic aura is created, because people move more freely in familiar surroundings and show their personality. Depending on the intention of the business shoot, outdoor portraits are a pleasant alternative.

All-inclusive service: With my business photo shoots, you get a fully comprehensive service with no hidden costs. You receive an all-round carefree package with consultation, shoot planning, the photo shoot itself and a comprehensive online gallery with all edited images and unlimited image usage rights.
Fee: My fee is based on the time I spend on location. In the Basic package this is up to 4 hours, in the Full-Day package up to 8 hours.
Extras: I charge extra for shootings on weekends or public holidays, for shootings in the studio or outside of Munich as well as for special requests in image processing.

II. Fee
For business shoots, for which up to 4 hours on location are sufficient, the “Basic” package is suitable. For longer projects with more than 4 hours on location in one day, I charge the fee according to the “Full Day” package. I will be happy to coordinate the time required with you when planning the shoot.
If you, for example as a private individual or solo self-employed person, only need a few pictures, you are also welcome to take a look at my portrait photography packages.
Weekends and public holidays: For photo shoots on weekends or public holidays I charge an additional fee of EUR 100.
Travel: Travel within Munich is included in the price. Outside of Munich: 1 EUR/km for the outward and return journey.
Studio: For a photo shoot in the studio I charge an extra EUR 200 (half day) or EUR 400 (full day).
Special requests for image editing: The fee already includes professional image editing of all images. If you have any additional special requests, such as elaborate beauty retouching or photomontages, I will be happy to discuss the cost with you.

With many photographers, the image usage rights are restricted or have to be purchased additionally. With me, you receive the images including unrestricted image usage rights, giving you maximum flexibility.
In concrete terms, this means that you may use the resulting images for all business purposes: on the website, in social media, in flyers and brochures, in annual reports, for press releases and in internal communications. The image usage rights are unlimited in terms of time and space and are already included in the shooting fee. In the case of publications, I only ask to be named as the author by naming or linking.

How does a business photo shoot work? How much time should I plan for the business photo shoot?
Every business photo shoot is individual, as I adapt to the needs of my clients. In the first step, we agree on the assignment and discuss your goals, the desired visual language and organizational issues. I will advise you on locations, outfits, motifs and the time schedule.
On the day of the business shoot, I will come to your desired location in Munich and the surrounding area. I will first take the time to get to know the location and the people involved. We talk about all open questions and organizational details. Then I take photos according to the assignment and our shoot planning. The duration of the shoot is individual and depends heavily on the number of people involved and the desired image situation. I estimate the duration of the shoot as part of the planning process.
After the shoot, I sort through the pictures and professionally edit a selection of the best images. I then make these images available to you in a password-protected online gallery.
Where does the business shoot take place? Are outdoor shoots possible?
The business shoot takes place at the location of your choice. I am flexible and can come to your company or take photos at an event location. Alternatively, I can also take photos outdoors or in the studio.
Outdoor photo shoots are of course possible, and in many situations they offer a relaxed and fresh alternative. In many cases, I recommend a business photo shoot at the company’s headquarters, as this is where we can most easily realize the company’s characteristic environment, familiar atmosphere and visual language.
How long does it take until I receive the finished pictures?
As part of the shoot planning, we will discuss when you will need the finished images. If we do not make a separate agreement, you can assume that I will usually make the pictures available for download via the online gallery after a week.
How many pictures do we get from the business shoot?
The number of pictures depends heavily on the shooting occasion and the duration of the shoot. We discuss the estimated number of pictures together when planning the shoot. I shoot generously to capture different perspectives, expressions and moments. I then provide a comprehensive selection of successful shots.
Will I receive all images or a selection of images?
Of course, more pictures are taken during the shoot than end up in the online gallery. After the shoot, I select the best images from the series and edit them professionally. I make this selection of images available to you in the online gallery.
Are black and white versions of the images also available?
Yes, on request I can also provide you with all images in black and white at no extra cost.
Do I also get the RAW files or unprocessed images?
No, I do not release RAW files or unedited images. In accordance with my quality standards, you will only receive professionally edited business photos.
How are the images delivered?
I will make the finished images available for you to download via a password-protected online gallery. Once the image processing is complete, you will receive a link to your online gallery by e-mail. There you can download all the images in high quality as jpg files.
Is image editing included in the price? Is comprehensive retouching included or bookable?
Yes, professional image processing of all images is included in the price. I adjust brightness, colors and contrasts uniformly across the image series. If we have agreed, I will also carry out light beauty retouching as part of the image processing. If more complex image editing such as more extensive beauty retouching, object removal or photomontage is required, we will agree on the cost together.

You receive unrestricted rights of use for all business purposes, unlimited in time and space. The rights of use are already included in the shooting fee at no additional cost. In the case of publications, please credit me as the author by naming or linking me.

For larger shoots, it is helpful to plan the shoot in advance so that the business shoot can run smoothly and quickly on the day of the shoot. I will coordinate this with you as part of the shoot planning.
In general, the most important thing for successful business photos is to feel comfortable and authentic. In addition, I would generally recommend two to three outfit options. Plain, monochrome clothing is usually more suitable than eye-catching patterns.
Define the objectives of the shoot at an early stage and determine the locations, subjects and participants based on this. Inform the shooting participants in good time so that they can prepare themselves mentally and organizationally for the shoot.
What should I wear to the shoot? Which colors are best? Can I bring several outfits ?
Wear clothes that you feel comfortable in and that match the shooting objectives or the brand image. Simple, monochrome outfits often look the most professional in business photos. Avoid eye-catching patterns, bright colors or heavily patterned fabrics.
